All meals are prepared fresh and delivered chilled, never frozen, so you can enjoy true homemade flavour every time.
How long do the meals last?
Our meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for up to 2 weeks for longer storage.
What is the portion size?
Each meal comes in a generous 24 oz portion, giving you a hearty serving that’s perfect for lunch or dinner.
Do you offer vegetarian or seafood options?
Yes! We offer several vegetarian and seafood dishes, such as Curry Chickpeas, Steam Fish, and Curry Shrimp.

How do I heat the meals?
Meals are fully cooked — just microwave for 2–3 minutes or heat in the oven until warm.
Can I heat the containers directly?
Yes, our containers are microwave-safe. However, please avoid placing them in the oven.
Can I freeze the meals?
Yes, our meals can be frozen for later. For best taste, we recommend enjoying them fresh.
